Orders
* All Merchandise is sold F.O.B. High Point, NC, USA unless noted otherwise.

Terms
* All orders must be paid in full prior to shipment.
* All sales are final, no returns.

Shipping
* Shipping is to be paid by the customer.
* All delivery dates quoted are approximate.
* Classic Chesterfield USA does not prepay freight or ship C.O.D.
* Classic Chesterfield USA cannot make drop shipments.

Claims
* Classic Chesterfield USA is not responsible for goods damaged in transit.
* Claims must be filed promptly with the carrier.
* All claims for shortages or damage must be made within five (5) business days of receipt of goods, NO EXCEPTIONS. All cartons and packing goods must be held for inspection.
* Charges for local repair will not be accepted without prior written authorization.

Cancellations
* All merchandise is made to order and is not subject to cancellation.
* No cancellations once item is shipped.

Returns
* All sales are final. Items cannot be returned.

Sizes and Finishes
* Because of the human element involved in hand made productions, all sizes are subject to variations. Leather color and grain is for example only and we cannot make guarantees with color match and dye lots for orders made at different times.

Decide what you want to buy and click on the "click here" email link under that item, or click here to email us, or, send an email to sales@classicchesterfield.com and tell us what you want to purchase and where it will be shipped. We will obtain a shipping quote for you and inform you of those costs, which you pay directly to the shipper upon delivery. You can also make the shipping payment through us, we will pay the shipper for you. (we just pass along shipping costs, we never charge extra). Transactions can be by check or processed through PayPal, you will receive an email from them instructing you how to make payment. After payment is processed or checks clear, your Classic Chesterfield ® will be shipped to you.

Our furniture is big, and it's leather. Extra care must be taken to ensure your furniture is handled with the care it deserves. We use professional furniture delivery services, also known as "white glove service". These professionals deliver furniture into your home and place it where you want. Costs vary depending on the size, weight, and your location. Expect to pay a few hundred dollars for chairs and sofas. Costs can range from $300 to over $700, but at these sale prices it is still a bargain. Shipping can take 2 to 4 weeks depending on size and distance. Furniture is shipped from our warehouse in High Point, NC unlwss otherwise noted, charges are calculated from there to you.
